Every house we build is a custom Design. Whatever your requirements, we design a specific home that is tailored to your life style. We do not offer boiler-plate floorplans, we build you a house from scratch. Design-Build saves money as the roles of architect, engineer and contractor are all rolled into one. The result is a faster, more efficient design process. We work with you from the first meeting until the moment you step into your new home. The building part you leave to us. We have built gorgeous looking homes and are very proud of our work. Once we have agreed on a design we will obtain all the required permits, sensitively develop the land site and build the house. We have experience in all of the local building techniques and as Design-Build contractors we are with you from the beginning to the end. Whether the project requires timberframe post & beam or glulam beams or standard framing, we handle all the requirements. We also offer structural panels for all our designs. These pre-built walls and roof panels greatly increase the speed of construction and result in labor cost savings.
