Design

Custom designs are our speciality, your house will be made to order. We start with a square footage assessment of your requirements. A rough estimate of costs is then calculated and used as the basis for a full design. We are the recommended builders for Timberframe or hybrid designs. We like stone, glass and wood. Review the Project gallery for references of some of our house designs. Once the house project is defined a full set of construction blueprints is drafted and reviewed for submission to the Town's Building Department.

Construction

As Design-Build contractors we deliver full timberframe post & beam construction (in Oak, Pine or Doug Fir) or a hybrid mix of either laminated beams or standard framing. We prefer Structural Panels for the walls and roof. We prepare the site, obtain the building permits and erect the building, completing all the exterior and interior elements. The result is a beautifully designed home, superbly insulated home with great energy savings. The speed of construction is also greatly increased resulting in labor cost savings.
