Structural Insulated Panels
We are using Structural Panels (SIPS) for our walls and roofs. They allow superior insulating and corresponding energy savings. We have found SIPS offer speed in construction, and "Green" use of recycled materials. SIPS make for a better insulated and cost savings in energy use. These SIPS are being added to the Timberframe house, but they can be used in combination with glulam beams too.
